  1. When I spawn in, half the time it is night, and I can't see anything. I would like to suggest that lights be added to the buyable houses, or even an option to turn them on and off. This is the view when I spawn in:
  2. More Content

I can do modelling, I just need help with the configs. Maybe a dev could help me get started with the code portion?
  3. Add Direct Typechat and more for RP

I support this, but typing in direct chat takes up time, and prevents you from doing anything else in game while you are doing it, so I imagine people will end up getting killed while they ty-
  4. Here are a few screenshots I took on Emita, just to give everyone an idea of the quality of the map on Arma 3... I was surprised about how good it looks.
  5. Cinematic Shots of Emita (Arma 3)

I don't want to disregard Smith's statement, because he is correct for a couple of reasons. The map will be updated by the dev team, which means the following: - Adding new buildings - Changing textures - Optimizing the map Having the map from a different source can lead to conflicting textures, crashing, and even inability to connect to the server. With that in mind, if you do decide to get the map separately, I suggest you delete whatever you download once the new mod-pack releases, to avoid conflict. As long as you do that, you should be fine. Download the Arma II map, located here: http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=15482 and CUP Terrains: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=583496184 You may still crash from time to time, but it is fairly stable and it'll give you a good preview of the map and how it looks on Arma III. Fun fact, most cars aren't affected by off-roading, making them go the same speed off-road as they do on the road.
  6. Rule Suggestions

Quote the rule 7.0.4 - Cops cannot use CPR kits to revive civilians (unless they died by a bug/non-roleplay mean). You can only revive other police officers once a roleplay situation has ended. State your opinion I feel that it is unfair for police to revive their own after a roleplay situation, since gangs cannot do the same. It is a CPR med-kit, it cant stop internal bleeding and ruptured organs. I feel this rule should be removed for the sake of immersion and consistency. Suggest change 7.0.4 - Cops cannot use CPR kits to revive civilians (unless they died by a bug/non-roleplay mean). You cannot revive other police officers, even after a roleplay situation has ended.

  8. Donation Ideas

These are the four rules: Charging players to access your server, if the fees and associated perks do not affect gameplay in any way, is allowed. Cosmetic perks are allowed. Limiting access to only paying players is allowed. Product placement, in-game advertising and sponsorship is allowed. Selling of in-game items, that don’t affect gameplay, is allowed. Accepting donations is allowed, but to avoid any doubts: not providing donations must not prevent anyone from accessing the content. 1 - You are permitted to charge a fee for people to access the server. You are not allowed to give these people in-game perks for the donation that affect game play, which include discounts on in-game items, as it allows the purchaser to access the item with more ease than another person. You can give the person cosmetic items, such as a customization shop that only does colors, lights, etc. 2 - You can advertise real life products as well as in game products within the server. For example, you can advertise a server-host in-game on a billboard. 3 - You can sell players cosmetic items, such as clothing, signs, and vehicle or weapon customization (provided it is cosmetic). 4 - You cannot restrict content so that only donators can access it... duh. All of these require you to be approved for monetization by Bohemia Interactive. If not, the server cannot do any of these things. A donation is giving money for no return on investment, a purchase is giving money knowing you will receive a product, perk, or other compensation for it.

  10. New Rule Suggestion

I believe it should be made against the rules to block a vehicle spawn intentionally. This has happened to me many times, resulting in shootouts at the garages.
